- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆January 25, 2020, by Erik HWent to Ross around 11 this morning to get a couple of items. Again there was only 1 register open! It took 20 plus minutes to get to the register. By the time I got near the register there had to be 30 people in line. The clerk working on returns finally finished and opened up a second register. Ross in Century Plaza needs to have more people to work the register, especially at peak times!
